How do I report a bug?
Tell us the app name, the version, your phone model and system version, and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot helps. The version is usually in the app’s settings, or on its store listing.
How do refunds work?
Apple and Google bill purchases and subscriptions. We never see your card details and can’t reverse a payment. Request the refund from the store you paid through: Apple’s Report a Problem or Google Play order history.
How do I delete my data?
- The Stretch App. You can use it without an account. If you signed in, open Settings and choose Delete account. That removes the account, the cloud backup and the same data on that device. If you don’t have the app any more, follow the steps on Delete your account.
- OPUS Manager. There is no account. Uninstalling the app, or Clear storage in Android’s app settings, removes its settings and converted files. Your original audio files stay unless you delete them yourself.
- Equation X. Progress stays on the device. Uninstalling the app removes it.
- To delete an email you sent us, write to support@indimakes.com and ask.
