Is OPUS Manager free?

Are my voice notes uploaded anywhere?
No. Files are found, played and converted on your device, and only leave it when you choose to share them.
What is an .opus file?
Opus is the open audio format many messaging apps use for voice messages, because it keeps voices clear at very small file sizes.
